Southern Water - Hose Pipe Ban

Southern Water – HOSE PIPE BAN for Isle of Wight and Hampshire. 

The Hose Pipe ban comes info force from Friday 5th August.  

Would all YSBC members please observe this ban and refrain from using the hoses to wash down their craft and other equipment and use a more conservative method: bucket & sponge or mop until this temporary ban is lifted.   

Thank you for your co-operation and please only use the water you need for essential craft  maintenance. 

Anyone breaching these regulations could incur a fine of up to £1,000 levied by Southern Water.
